Membership Committee Objectives

 

1.     Maintain the current membership of the Autism SIG

2.     Initiate an annual membership drive to recruit new members to the Autism SIG

3.     Support the membership drive of the PPP SIG

4.     Recruit and engage volunteers to support the various activities of the Autism SIG

Consumer Resources Committee Objectives

 

1.     Develop other strategies/ resources to support education, awareness, and access to services

2.     Disseminate Consumer Guidelines and other resources within the professional and consumer communities

2.     Recruit contributions for the newsletter related to the current, ongoing features of the newsletter (e.g., program descriptions, interviews, article reviews, book reviews, clinical write ups)

3.     Develop themes for upcoming issues

4.     Coordinate the annual Student Research contest
