Ms. Sloan earned a master's degree in supervision, administration and curriculum planning from Georgian Court University. She is certified in New Jersey as a Supervisor and Teacher of the Handicapped, she also holds Elementary & Pre-School certifications. She has been working with adolescents and adults with ASD since 1985. Ms. Sloan has worked at the DDDC since 2001. She has presented at local and national conferences and is a co-author of the book Visual Supports for People with Autism.
